Butter paneer curry
Delicately spiced, rich and creamy, this vegetarian butter paneer curry is to die for. It only takes 30 minutes to whip up, and uses a lot of store cupboard staples. Paneer keeps for a while on the fridge, making this an easy standby when you need a curry in a hurry.

Kimchi udon - best comfort food

Link is below! — Ingredients: - 1 tbsp gochujang - 80g sliced kimchi, roughly chopped - 1 shallot or half a red onion - 1 pack fresh udon noodles, soaked in hot water - 1 tbsp honey or agave - 1 tbsp light soy sauce - 1 ladle of noodle water Serve with a crispy fried egg and garnish with spring onions. Enjoy!
