Listen, I didn’t wake up one day with biceps. 😜 I have been working them for YEARS and YEARS. I started with lighter weights and worked my way up. I slowly went from 10s to 12s to 15s to 17.5s & sometimes 20 lbs. I put in the reps and my 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 ?

That’s right- when they are weak it causes pelvic floor and core problems! You will work some quads, hamstring and the Gluteus Maximus love in this workout but all the movements have elements to really focus and ignite the inner thighs (adductors) and the side booty (Gluteus Medius)🙌. Sound on for form and breathing cues. A workout is only as effective as your form and core engament so I always cover cues to help there!
