Shrimp Scampi🍤

Elegant yet easy! 🍤🍝 This shrimp scampi recipe is perfect for date night or a fancy dinner at home. Ingredients: 12 oz linguine or spaghetti 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 tbsp unsalted butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste Grated Parmesan for serving Directions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Put in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
