Light Lemon Cake! To die for and so easy to make! I can't stop eating it! Ingredients: 1 Lemon Cake Mix 1 Instant Lemon Pudding Mix 1 3/4 Cup Water 3 Egg Whites 3/4 C Milk 1/2 tsp. Lemon Extract 1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding 8 oz. cool whip Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat on low speed for 1 minute. Pour into 9 x 13 Bake 23-28 min 350 In mixing bowl, combine milk, extract and vanilla pudding mix. Beat on low for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cake and refrigerate.

Aunt Betty's 1-2-3 Cake

1-2-3 Cake. You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake. sounds easy enough!
