Periwinkle Shells

This board starts on the shores of the Isle of Skye. It tells the story of two sets of yellow periwinkle shells and how they resulted in a collaboration between four artists and makers working on Skye. The periwinkles inspired the design of two different lambswool shawls and complementing brooches. Follow our progress from shell to shawl!
