Let's make Beijing beef. This thing is not sharp enough. Oh yeah, much better. You mince your garlic. Peel some ginger with a spoon. This should be the only way to peel your ginger otherwise you're wasting way too much. It's nice and clean and now we grate it. Dice your bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and same thing with your onions. Then, we slice your flank or skirt steak just like this. Let's marinate the meat with some cornstarch, baking soda, salt, sesame oil, garlic powder, and a splash of water. Give it a good mix and make sure everything is evenly coated. Now, let's make the sauce with some oyster sauce, poison sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, and if you don't like it, I'm sorry. Sugar, and as much chili flakes as your heart can handle. I like mine spicy. Give it a good mix and let's take it to the stove. Now to some hot oil, fry your beef. After a few minutes, strain your beef, and let's put it all together. Add in your onions and bell peppers. Add in your garlic and ginger. This smells amazing. Now add in your sauce. Get every last drop. Toss in your beef. Give it a good toss. And we're ready to eat. This right here is a winner. Oh my goodness.
