The Inspiration Piece This is the basis for my Christmas decor plans. Combined with Christmas memories of sitting with Neal in front of the lit tree for hours, the color scheme as well as the "feel" of this ornament informs my approach to Christmas. Although it is anything but simple, this "victorian" kind of Christmas is a far cry from our current high-tech, crazy-busy approach to Christmas. I want to sit with my family and a cup of hot cocoa or egg nog and BE in the Christmas moment.
