TRAVA - LNGUAS

O que um tongue-twister?

O tongue-twister, ou trava-lnguas em portugus, pode ser definido como um agrupamento de palavras que forma uma frase ou sentena que contendo uma sucesso de sons similares difceis de pronunciar, especialmente se reproduzidos com rapidez. Pode-se dizer que trata-se tambm de um jogo, que, centrado em certas dificuldades de dico, diverte e aperfeioa a pronncia. Alguns fonoaudilogos fazem uso de trava-lnguas em terapias da fala como auxiliar no desenvolvimento da habilidade oral. Trava-lnguas so uma forma de diverso, mas tambm podem te ajudar a melhorar a pronncia de certos sons da lngua inglesa. As frases devem ser repetidas diversas vezes, para se notar o efeito sonoro. E quanto mais rpida a pronncia, mais difcil e engraado. Para melhorar a dico, leia-os em voz alta com calma e a seguir procure aumentar a velocidade na fala. Ver que aos poucos sua dico ir melhorar.
