CONCLUSÕES
Sob o conceito de economia circular, o AD é uma tecnologia atrativa
para “fechar o ciclo”;
Apesar dos benefícios para as propriedades do solo, esse lodo de esgoto
contém diferentes MPs como PPCPs, PFAS, oligoelementos metálicos e
PAHs, que estão associados a efeitos negativos para a saúde humana e o
meio ambiente;
Esses compostos são encontrados em biossólidos de AD com
concentrações que dependem das propriedades físico-químicas dos MPs
e as características operacionais do tratamento de AD (tempo de
retenção do lodo, taxa de carga orgânica.
Devido à sua persistência, toxicidade e capacidade bioacumulativa, é
necessário avaliar os riscos potenciais de sua presença no biossólido.
