ログインシェルに zsh を指定している
.tmux.conf で default-command に reattach-to-user-namespace -l zsh を設定している

tmux がログインシェルを起動する
$ZDOTDIR/.zshenv が読まれる
default-command が実行される
zsh が起動する
$ZDOTDIR/.zshenv が読まれる
インタラクティブシェル開始
