terms of service

  • payment only through paypal or bank transfers if you're from mexico.

  • please have your idea and references prepared. i will reject the commission if a client comes with no plan.

  • i will start the commission once i receive half the payment upfront.

  • delivery of 3 days-2 weeks, depending if i'm in school or on break. if an unforeseen event happens in my personal life that takes away more of my time, the client will be contacted.

  • during sketch phase, you are allowed to request up to 5 major changes, more than five will be charged $2 per change. after the sketch, you can only request 2 major changes.

  • updates will be sent to the client after every new addon. my priority is the client to be satisfied, so updates will be frequent.

  • no refunds after sketch phase. if an unforeseen event happens that makes me physically incapable of continuing, you will be refunded part of the full payment, depending where i left it. if you order a refund on sketch phase, you will be refunded half of the payment. no exceptions.

  • at the moment i do not take commercial commissions.

  • do not turn my art into an nft. just don't.

  • don't erase the watermark. it's really scummy doing that.
