Updated required CI testing. |
Due to upstream Go changing the support policy for the extended library packages (`golang.org/x/...`) to specify only the last two Go versions we need to follow the same policy here. * Update minimum Go version to 1.23.0. * Update supported version documentation. * Bump Go modules.
