GNU testsuite comparison:

GNU test failed: tests/chcon/chcon. tests/chcon/chcon is passing on 'main'. Maybe you have to rebase?
GNU test failed: tests/cp/cp-a-selinux. tests/cp/cp-a-selinux is passing on 'main'. Maybe you have to rebase?
GNU test failed: tests/cp/link-heap. tests/cp/link-heap is passing on 'main'. Maybe you have to rebase?
GNU test failed: tests/ls/selinux. tests/ls/selinux is passing on 'main'. Maybe you have to rebase?
GNU test failed: tests/misc/selinux. tests/misc/selinux is passing on 'main'. Maybe you have to rebase?
Skip an intermittent issue tests/timeout/timeout (fails in this run but passes in the 'main' branch)

regressions are expected, we were incorrectly passing

The only regression I don't understand is cp/link-heap as it seems to be unrelated to selinux.
