Prevent crows feet by always wearing sunglasses. Additionally sunglasses protect your eyes from wind, dust & pollution. Even if the sun isn't out, glare will still make you squint. I don't risk it--I wear shades all the time.

Good solid sleep is essential for looking & feeling your best. There are tons of essential oils out-there. I choose Young Living which I get from my dear friend Linette. I SWEAR-BY lavender & vetiver mixed together. It's like liquid valium. It creates a beautiful aroma & environment in your room & encourages sleep. I fall asleep probably within 2-5 minutes and sleep sound all through the night. Awakened refreshed & rested.

WATER prevents wrinkles & keeps your skin plump & supple. 64oz ea day is recommended. What works for me is to use bottled water. 4 bottles of bottled water equals 68 to 88oz. I drink at least 4 bottles of water each day. It's an easy way to ensure you get your daily recommended amount of water.
