But in all fairness, I do reeeeeally love Turtles. 😍 These have a shortbread-type crust, a delicious carmel-y middle, and of course milk chocolate! (You can sub semi-sweet or dark chocolate if you prefer.) Save this one and add it to your holiday baking repertoire! Easy Turtle Bars Crust: 1/2 c. Butter, softened 1 c. Brown sugar 2 c. Flour *Mix above ingredients in a mixer until combined and crumbly. Press into a greased 9x13 pan, lined with parchment paper. (Having it overhang the sides makes it easier to remove, but at least cover the bottom.) 1 c. Chopped pecans - sprinkle over the crust. *Preheat oven to 350F. Caramel and chocolate topping: 1 c. Butter 1 c. Brown sugar 2 tsp. Vanilla 2 c. Milk chocolate chips Optional: Sea salt, extra pecans, caramel bits *In a medium saucepan, heat the butter and sugar over medium heat until boiling. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and carefully stir in vanilla. *Slowly and carefully pour the caramel over the top of the crust/pecans. Bake 20 minutes. *Allow to cool 5 minutes, then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and leave for 10 minutes. Use a small spatula or butter knife to smooth the chocolate chips. Immediately sprinkle with a little sea salt and chopped pecans, if desired. Allow to cool. *If desired, melt about 1/4 c. caramel bits with 2 tsp milk until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the bars and allow to set before slicing. . . . #christmasbakinghasbegun #homebakers #bakefromscratch #easybaking | Amanda Reese

Always a Party Favorite | Always a Party Favorite Rachel makes unicorn fart cookie cups that everyone will just adore | By Kiera & Ryan & Danny & Justine | We're going to take those Reese's. So I've been told peanut butter cookies and put them in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Would you look at those? They are cooked to perfection. And we are going to just come in real quick here. We're going to bring in our shot glass here. And I have some vegetable shortening that I'm just going to kind of wipe right on the bottom. You could use some spam or some spray if you want. A little bit of grease but you just want to make sure nothing sticks to the glass. Now that we have that we're going to take this and go ahead and just lightly press it right into those soft cookies okay you want to make sure you get this done prior to them cooling all of the way right just gently press it in and make your peanut butter cookie cups your Reese's peanut butter cups check it out these are real Reese's peanut butter cups And our last one here. Just press it on down. And gently pull your cup right out. We're going to let these cookie wells set and cool completely before we do our dessert. Now that these have completely cooled, I'm going to bring in my chocolate pudding. This is Cozy Shack's absolutely delicious original recipe of chocolate pudding and I'm just going to grab my smallest spoon I can find. This is my little junky one. It kind of got stuck in the garbage disposal. Happens too frequently around here. We're just going to put some of pudding right on in there into our cup. Look at that. Oh so perfect. Just just the right amount. I would say this is just about a teaspoon. Right into our mini cupcake peanut butter cookie cup. Just drop it right in. Yum. Okay and you can always go back and add a little bit more. If you didn't put enough. Okay look at that. Look at these. So tasty. Chocolate and peanut butter is one of my favorite flavor combinations and you really could go any different variety with flavor here but I was inspired by a recipe recently called what were those called? They were called moose turds I believe. Yes almost Facebook. Right? Saw those moose turds and I was like oh my gosh. I want to make those and like this is not that recipe at all. It's not. Those are coming. But these are going to be our rainbow unicorn farts. So you're going to have to stay with me on this for a second. Let's get these finished up real quick. Here's our last one all filled up and these are ready for our next step. Alright, this is where the rainbow unicorn comes into play. I've got some sprinkles. We're just going to take our sprinkles and just kind of sprinkle them right on top of everything, right? Because we can make a little bit of a mess. It's okay because we're going to take these right on out of our dish here when we go to serve them, okay? So, just sprinkle your sprinkles right on there and get festive with it. Have fun. Look at that. Mm so tasty. Here we go. Sprinkle. Sprinkle. Sprinkle. And done. Next I'm coming in with my Reese's mini unwrapped peanut butter cups. Look how cute they are. They're so teeny tiny. I love them. Alright so we're just going to take our little cup here and we're going to place it right on top to complete our unicorn fart. A rainbow unicorn fart masterpiece. Look at how cute this is. Okay. I saw these sitting I would definitely be like, what is that? A unicorn fart? Yes, I need it. And let's just pop these in there so we can set these out for our party tonight. And our last little mini cup right here. Pop it in there and I think we gotta give these a try and I want to try this one right here, okay? So, we're going to give it a twist. Look at that. So easy because we greased this pan up and look at our little cup. How adorable. That's so cute. Alright. The wait is over. I have to know. Smells good. Looks good. Must be good. Oh my goodness. Look at that. That pudding, those sprinkles. This is so good. Guys, you gotta give this a try. This was awesome. Let me know what you think in the comments and definitely don't forget to share your unicorn farts with your friends.
