It's been awhile and took a few years lol but it was worth it! All the ups and downs......

There’s a difference between being liked and being valued. A lot of people like you, not many value you. Be valued.

If you don't respect your peers, it is impossible to build relationships. Relationships are essential in my Utopia. Training with your brothers builds relationships and will help build respect with one another. Training hard and eating a thriving diet will earn you the respect here.

Delete, unfollow, unfriend, block, erase, and disconnect from anyone and anything that robs you of your peace, love and happiness. Not just on social media, but in real life too. You don’t need to be around people who don’t see and appreciate your value. #mentalhealth #peace #appreciateyourself
