An easy one to throw together, no pre-cooking required just assemble and bake 👍🏼

This breakfast is the perfect balance of light yet filling, and has all the flavors of a breakfast burrito yet super easy to toss together & great low cal / high protein macros 🙌🏼 super family friendly too cannot wait for you to try!  If you slice into 6 servings, each is 300 calories (29g protein 10g fat 19g carbs). 

🌯BREAKFAST BURRITO BAKE🌯

- 8 eggs
- 1 cup egg whites 
- 1/2 tsp each:  garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, salt, black pepper 
- 16 oz frozen hash browns (only ingredient is organic potatoes 👍🏼)
- 16 oz fully cooked chicken breakfast sausage links (I used two 8 oz packs)
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
