If you are working on your flexibility these are for you. 
I know so many people are doing splits training or wanting to get into training. Add these to your sessions, they're some of my favourite ways to train & prep my body for splits. 
Do a full warm up before completing these movements. 

✨Train both sides evenly 
✨8-16 reps Both sides (adapt where needed) 
✨Warm up for about 15-20 minutes first 
✨Only go as far as you feel comfortable 
✨Listen to your body 
✨Never push through pain
