Recipe - Preheat oven to 350F. - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of melted butter and 1 & 1/4 cups of brown sugar until smooth. - Then, whisk in 2 eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla until smooth again. - Mix in 1/2 tbsp of orange zest, 1 tsp of baking powder, 2 cups + 1 tbsp of all purpose flour, and a pinch of salt until you have a batter. - Fold in 1/2 cup of mini white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of dried cranberries. - Transfer to a parchment paper lined 13x9 rimmed baking sheet. - Bake for 25-27 minutes on the middle rack. Let it cool on a wire rack. - Beat together the frosting—1 cup of cream cheese (or an 8 oz block), 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp of orange zest, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. - Once the bars are completely cooled, remove from the pan and top with the frosting, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate. - Slice into triangles and enjoy! | Skylar Sokolowski
