Secret to unlock handstands & advanced inversions
When it comes down to inversions most people focus on the core. However, one of the keys to unlock and master inversions is strengthening the shoulder girdle which is what gives our bodies stability. Without that, you can do as many crunches and core drills as you like and you’ll never really have a stable, strong handstand or inversion practice. So, if you are working on inversions or struggling with sticking your handstand or forearm stand work try scapula push ups on all of this positions!
