Alright, we got one can of hot rotel tomatoes. We have two cans of cream of mushroom soup, one can of cream of celery. We have my Trinity. That's onions, bell pepper, and celery. We have some chopped green onions and some chopped parsley. We have some chopped uh garlic, one stick of unsalted butter. We have some whiskey charm sauce, cherry cooking wine, white cooking wine. We have my seasoning and of course, I have my drink and drink. Let's go and here it go. Two pounds of crawfish today. First step, you're gonna add your one stick of butter. Once your butter is all melted, then you're gonna add your Trinity. Gonna add a little bit of green onions. We're gonna add a little bit of parsley. And we're gonna throw in our garlic. Now, we're gonna saute this down until it's translucent. Okay, it's been sauteing for about fifteen minutes. I did add my Worcestershire sauce, the two cooking ones, and my Creole seasoning. Okay, next step, I added my two two cans of cream of mushroom soup and my can of cream of celery and now, here's the rotel. Now, you're gonna let this cook for about fifteen minutes. Now, while this is cooking, you're gonna add a little bit more of your Creole seasoning. Preferably my seasoning. Pat in the Pot Creole Seasoning. Low sodium. Only thirty milligrams. Order you some at Pat in the Pot dot com. My website is in the bio. Last step, I added the two pounds of Louisiana Crawfish tails. So, we're gonna mix it. We're gonna get it all combined together with the sauce and we're gonna let it cook for about fifteen minutes. Alright, y'all. It is cooked and ready to eat.
