Ingredients: - 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes - 1/2 cup melted butter - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup milk - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp nutmeg - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup chopped pecans Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. 3. Add the flour and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. 4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
