Adam Miller on Instagram: "BAKING HACK Everyone loves a sequel, so here's another great baking hack. This one is all about lining a round baking tin. I used a 20cm/8 inch cake tin and a standard roll of baking paper. For a 23cm/9inch tin you'll need an oversized roll to ensure you have a large enough piece of baking paper Let me know if there are any other baking tips or hacks you'd like to see! #whatsadambaking #baking #bakinghack #homebaking #cake #slice #bakingpaper #homebaker"
Ankita Dutta | CAKE ARTIST on Instagram: "Alrighty, let’s talk about how much filling a cake should get. As you all have seen in most of my reels I use a blue colored scoop to scoop out frosting. It’s the number 16 dark blue scoop. This is NSF approved as well. The quantity of this scoop is 2oz which is about 57grams. Naz Hirji | Home Bakery Creating Nostalgic Baked Treats on Instagram: "“Grease and flour your pan” — how many times have we heard that when baking? It’s such a tedious step, and sometimes even when you do everything correctly, your cake still sticks! Introducing: magic cake release! This emulsion of flour, shortening, and oil is your new best friend for getting cakes out cleanly and easily. Bonus: swap flour for cocoa powder for chocolate cakes! It also lasts for a long time! Bake as usual, let cool for 10 minutes, then watch your cake slide out effortlessly! No more stuck cake in the pan! Have you tr
