Meatballs RECIPE - Makes 28 meatballs INGREDIENTS: • 1/2 lb ground beef • 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup + 1 cup mozzarella, divided • 1/3 cup + 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan, divided • 1/2 Tbsp parsley • 2 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 & 1/2 cups Rao’s Marinara STEPS: • 1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, sausage, eggs, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/3 cup Parmesan and spices. • 2. Mix well and then form into 28 balls. • 3. In a greased 9x13 baking dish, spread about 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom to cover. • 4. Place the meatballs in the dish and then cover with the remaining sauce and cheeses. • 5. Bake at 350 F for 25-35 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 1
