This recipe is from my neighbor hood bhelwala whose fab bhel I’ve grown up eating! You can store this chutney in an air tight container in the fridge for 1.5-2 months and use it whenever you like. I also just enjoy it with my meals or on khakras too! I’ve used dalia that is is chana dal that’s husked, split and roasted, it’s extensively used especially in South Indian chutneys. However if you don’t find it you can use regular roasted chana (the one we snack on).
