You got that right, Pot Pie. The first thing I do is I scramble my eggs soft. To my sausage, I'm going to add a tablespoon of onion powder, parsley, and garlic. Cook that cooking. Take out the sausage for the juice. I'm going to add that to my butter for my roux, pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir that up. To thicken it, I'm going to add flour and then, I'm going to add my 3 1/ 2 cups of milk. Cook that up a little bit and pour over my sausage and eggs and then, get that stirred in. To my casserole dish, I'm going to butter the bottom and add Pillsbury Graham Biscuits making sure I push them so they flatten. I'm going to put my filling over that and sprinkle it with cheddar cheese and then I'm going to put more Pillsbury biscuits on top making sure to flatten them and butter the tops. I'm going to cook at 375 for about 45 minutes until the tops are brown. This was amazing.
