I'm going in with one of my spoons and what we're going to do is just start cutting out the middle portion of our potato. Alright, now that we have those all shelled, I'm going to bring in my medium mixing bowl. I'm coming in with our Bertoli garlic Alfredo sauce and I'm dumping that entire container right into our medium mixing bowl just like so. I'm coming in next. I have this beautiful Italian style shredded cheese. And I'm only going in with about half of that bag. We'll save the other half for the next portion of our recipe. Right into our Alfredo. And then of course what is Alfredo and cheese without some beautiful chicken. I just got this at the deli section of Kroger's. I'm going in with that entire little container. And we're going to give this a little stir. Make sure we get all of that incorporated. Before we go in and add our beautiful innards of our potatoes so I'm going right in with the innards of our potatoes and then I'm going to give it a stir and then a mash oh my gosh if you could smell this right now this is kind of going to be an elevated updated twist on a classic side dish. Alright I'm coming in. I have my beautiful little masher and we're going to go to town with our masher. Alright now that we that completely well incorporated and mashed. I'm going to bring in our beautiful little cookie sheet and we are going to start to place our little potato shells right onto our cookie sheet just like so. Oh this is going to be super easy and fun to make with your family during like the weekday for a good little dinner. Oh Beautiful. Alright, we are bringing in our mixture and I have my beautiful little ice cream scooper and what we're going to do is I'm just going to grab a bit of that mixture and pop it right into our potato shell. Ooh, yummy. If you could smell this right now too, the chicken, the Alfredo, the cheese looks absolutely delicious and that cheese and that chicken are just going to melt up so beautifully. I'm just going with about two scoops right into our potato shells. Alright, we have our last chicken Alfredo little stuffed potato Oh yummy. Maybe one more little scoop. Depending on the size of potato. You can kind of play around with the mixture. And then of course with the remainder of our beautiful little Italian style cheese. I'm just going to go ahead with the remainder of that cheese and top the rest of our potatoes. The dogs are excited. They love the Italian blend just as much as me. I know honey right? And that's just going to create a nice bubbly golden cheesy crust. Which is exactly what we are looking for. With the twice baked potato. Alfredo style. Oh. Alright. Pop this into our oven for about 20 minutes at 350. Alright, our chicken Alfredo double baked potatoes are out of the oven. They're molten lavaho. I'm going to go in with my tongs and we're going to start plating these up for our dinner. Oh my goodness. Look at those. Be gentle with them. Oh my gosh. The golden brown cheese. Our potatoes are nicely cooked. Look at that creamy Alfredo sauce and then for protein, we have our beautiful chicken this is just going to ooh be delicious for dinner. Then of course I'm going to be adding just a touch of our chopped parsley just for some greenery. And what is chicken Alfredo without a little bit of parsley? Oh that looks absolutely amazing and I hope you enjoy.

Alright, we're just going to flatten that out on our sheet pan just like so. Perfect. Next, I'm coming in with my smoked sausage and I already cut this up so we're going to go ahead and just roll em on there This is going to be such an easy and delicious dinner, lunch, breakfast, whatever you want to make it for. It's good for any occasion. I love making a big pan of this and having the leftovers in my fridge for meal prep. It's so delicious. So easy. And everyone that I make it for absolutely loves it. Alright and now I cooked a whole package of bacon and we're just going to cut our bacon right up in there. Yeah. Okay and you can use turkey bacon if you want it to be a little bit healthier but I found this bacon on sale for only $250 and it's like the organic bacon so I was so excited about my find and we're going to use this whole package of bacon just cutting it up into smaller crumbles on to our sheet pan we have our potatoes we have our meats what is not to love oh my goodness okay let's go ahead and finish cutting this up so we can get this cooking alright we're finishing up cutting our whole package of bacon right onto our sheet pan. Perfect. Oh my gosh, it looks so good. Next, I'm coming in with my olive oil. You can use butter if you don't want olive oil but olive oil is a little bit healthier which is why I opted for it and we're going to drizzle our entire sheet pan with a nice coat of olive oil. This will help crisp up those potatoes. It'll help our seasoning stick and just add some great flavor. And yes I did mention seasoning. So we're going to start off with some smoked paprika. You can use regular paprika if you don't have smoked. But I love the smoked flavor. And we're just going to get a nice little dusting of that. We want to make sure to season this very well because it is a large sheet pan. Of course I'm doing some garlic powder. Let me know what seasonings you guys would use. You can add some onion powder. You can add some Italian seasoning. You can really customize this to your liking with the seasonings that you use. Alright that garlic powder smells delicious. And these are potatoes so it would be a crime not to put some salt on there. And we're just going to do a nice light dusting of our salt on there. Beautiful. And last but not least salt's best friend. Black pepper. And we're going to get some good black pepper on there. A nice little spice. Nice little kick. Beautiful. That's my favorite band. Alright. Now, I'm going to go ahead and bring back my spatula and we're going to kind of just toss this all on our sheet pan. You can do this all in a bowl and then dump it but I just find this to be so much easier. You can even put some gloves on and toss it with some gloves. Whatever you, however you like to mix your things, just go for it as long as it gets nice and coated. Alright, that looks absolutely delicious. Now, of course, there's one thing missing, right babe? Yes, my favorite thing. Cheese time. So, we have some wild cheddar cheese and we're just going to grab our cheese grater and we're going to grate some cheese right on top of the entire sheet pan. You can do as little or as much as you like. Alright, I think that's good for the cheddar. Next, we're going to come in with our mozzarella cheese. Cheddar and mozzarella. Doesn't get any better than that and we're just going to do the same thing that we did with the cheddar but with the mozzarella. Okay, I think that looks absolutely perfect. Alright. Now, this is ready for the oven. My oven is set to 350 and this is going to be in there for about 50 minutes. Oh my, this smells absolutely incredible. Okay, so it's in there for 45 minutes, but I think it would still be fine for 50 but look how delicious that looks. Yum. Alright, it's time to dig in. Oh my goodness. That looks absolutely delicious you guys. The sausage, the bacon, the potatoes. I'm so excited. I'm probably going to eat this whole thing. Oh yeah. If you don't like them. Oh look at that nice little sear on that sausage. Mm.

I'm going to use I use a whisk so nobody tells me I'm making too much noise and then, I also have a quarter cup of sour cream because who doesn't like sour cream in their mashed potatoes. I think everybody likes sour cream in it. Put my hot pad back on because it's hot. Check this out. What are these look like to you? They look like mashed potatoes. I wouldn't know the difference. I do, doc. So, some people would actually probably take a potato masher even to these. We like our potatoes a little chunky. You could add some caramelized onions and garlic to these if you prefer. I could probably dump some cheese in here but. Whoo hoo. I know but look it. Look at this. They're mashed potatoes now you do know you can't over mix them but I'm serving this to you so you're ready to taste of course my god is that great delicious okay we're going to whoo spoon up this look at the consistency yeah you're not wrong You just need some turkey and some gravy. They're still delicious. Smash em up just like that. This is the bottom layer. Excellent. This is going to be so yummy. I like the skins in there. So, I want them out of there. Okay. Now, we have some slices of butter. We're using all of it. Just set it down like so all the way down and is going to melt in and make em so delicious. Love it. What's your favorite kind of butter? Do you like sweet cream? Do you like unsalted, salted? I don't really care for sweet cream but certain recipes, it's great. Alright. So, get these last two guys in here. Wonderful. Now, we have about a pound of par-cooked bacon. So, that parcooked means we just cooked it halfway through because it's going to cook the rest of the way into the. So, what's what's the brand? Oh, these are whoops. Right brand. Great brand. Yeah and we like that thick apple smoked delicious bacon. So this is all going to just cook in. Here I'll just go like this and make it easy on myself and you. There we go. So good. It smells so delicious. I love that sweetness there. Alright. Now we're going to go in with some cheddar cheese. We like mild cheddar on this one. So I don't know if you know what we're making but this is a loaded baked potato right? See all these ingredients? Casserole. Essentially. Yeah we have some surprises at the end of course this is such a great dish to bring to any event everybody's going to love it all your classic flavors and it's super super easy you can even make it for dinner if you want it alright now I'm going to go in with some black pepper give this some generous seasoning here crack that baby in fun fact we got this for our wedding it's very old but I still love it my favorite kitchen things we love sea salt and little truffle goes a long way especially on a potato. So, I'm just going to smack. Whoo. Got a little crazy there. What am I thinking? Little little action here. There we go. Salt that up and then, this is going to go into the oven. That was the timer. So, perfect timing. I love that. At 400 for about 15 minutes. I'm going to come back. Okay, nice and cheesy and melted. Yummy yummy. We're going to go in with some sour cream. Oh can I see that? Yeah we're using the daisy. Daisy light. Daisy light. And then you're going to kind of make this like a topping over it. Like this. So just going to go in. Well what's what's a loaded baked potato without sour? Right yeah it's like absolutely essential. So let me get it all out and then I'll just smooth it out here with my spoon. I have a little bit of more. I have a little bit of more. But the was. So keep on going. This is so fun. I love this because you can really have it as a side or like whatever. Do you think I need more sour cream? I'd say just a tiny bit. Just a little bit so that the edges if there's no spaces. You want it to be. You know me. White basically. Love sour cream on my baked potato. Sorry I have the squeeze which I love this squeezy guy. That should do the job. That'll help. Yeah because you just kind of want to cover everything. You want it to be white on top. There we go. I I said that twice. That's fine. Now now you really know. Alright perfect. I think that's great. Okay. Now we're going to add some Parmesan cheese. That's our little trick. We just it just adds a little bit of depth and flavor. So just like this. Yum yum. Little bit of color too. Yeah a little bit. It's a darker. And then we're going to go in with some pepper. Pepper good. Yep. So some seasoning. You could add extra seasonings. Everything bagel. Whatever you want. And then we're going to finish it off with some chives. Cuz you gotta have chives on a potato right? Like on a baked potato. I I can't I can't not have them. This is a loaded baked loaded baked potato and it's delicious. And so good for you by the way. If you can tolerate them. I know some people can't have onion. Or chive. Looks beautiful though. That's really smells so good. Okay. I'm ready to get into it. You want to see? I can't wait. Oh you know what I did? I put that spoon on my plate but that's okay. It's just down cream. Alright I'm going to come from right here. Ready for it? Yum. Oh boy. This is a very generous portion. Pulling it up with this cheese. Yes. Oh wow. Oh goodness. Look at that. You got everything.
