Blockchain technology holds a promise to make identities tamper proof, perpetual and auditable. Individuals can create their encrypted digital identities, across education, healthcare, finance, telecommunications, transport, real estate, government services and beyond ..........
Multipurpose ID is a combination of a Techno Smart Card carrying a 20-digit universal identification number to record the entire life time data of an individual and a touch screen Smart Cell Phone for electronic surveillance. Both the units can work separately or together. Such a unique system would replace all possible documents procured by an individual during his life time.
If implemented effectively, the Nation would have a red letter day in the history as the change will shape billion lives and bring respite to administrative machinery and public that has crumpled under the red-tape.
The proposed system is a combination of Multipurpose ID and a Smart Cell Phone. The physical ID would be provided to everyone on the day of Census, with a unique 16-digit (20-digit in case of global cards) universal identification number. It would carry an IC to record life-time data of a citizen; comprising all significant endorsements; triply secured by an alpha-numeric password, finger-prints and retinal scan. Consequently, all information of the citizen would be available on one click, that too fully transparent and genuine.
Instead of being required to produce a physical form of ID, users could be provided with a digital ID through a personal device, like smartphone [Garg, 2017]. Using the same identification number, the user shall upload all his relevant details and documents (which will be saved in the IPFS or CAS) having hashed address stored in the blockchain. Blockchain offers secure storage of digital identities by providing decentralized, persistent, and immutable framework. It performs the middle and back office functions in a way that the Internet and the Web do to the front office. For data security and ledger consistency, asymmetric cryptography and distributed consensus algorithms can be implemented. The identity management, through blockchain, can allow individuals to have ownership of their identity by creating a national ID to serve multiple purposes.
‘One Nation - One Identity’ concept will revolutionize digitalization and bring qualitative transformation in the life of every Indian. Besides saving human resources, time, money and administrative complexities, the stack of files and papers in offices would also be reduced to fractional level. The Nation would have a red letter day as the change will shape billion lives and bring respite to administrative machinery and public that has crumpled under the red tape.

Till date, not a single system, device or App has been invented, in any part of the world, to save humanity from the drudgery of stacking documents, followed by their photocopies, attestations, and verifications - a never-ending process. The present innovation has been conceived and designed to void this gap.
How cool is the idea that you can receive your parcel without having your name and address on it?

It can work as drone which can travel through land as well as water. It can gather and supply minute-to-minute information in natural calamities, battles & military operations. It can also help in messaging and communication across the geographical obstacles.
The present prototype can be remodeled by fixing a powerful rotor and a ≥600 rpm motor to generate adequate thrust for the rover to fly as helicopter. The lateral floaters can be filled with water and the vehicle can be used as sub-marine to record the underwater pictorial events.
Instead of Camcorder, webcam can be fitted and connected to laptop to get instant visuals.
Once scientific world starts finding out life forms, beyond the typical framework of life exist on Earth, we may encounter one in remote planets too. With the presence of lake on Titan, such a prospect cannot be ruled out. ……. and why life only? Existence of lake also points out the likelihood of some geographical catastrophe on the surface of Titan. This would open vistas for scientists to learn the limnological as well as physicochemical dynamics of extremely cold planets. This will also unravel the path of evolution of Saturn, whether things are heading towards radiance, convergence or have no definite trajectory.
Four cycles of matter turn-over in the biotic cycle were carried out. The results obtained were used for designing a Closed Environment System containing man, plants, soil and aquaculture with a bio-regeneration module under microgravity conditions. Sub-systems controlling the ambient temperature, moisture, carbon dioxide concentration, light and air flow around the vegetation and supply of recycled water and nutrients are rather challenging. Plants with protracted shoot are more difficult to grow than those with short ones like cabbage, carrot, potato, radish and tomato etc.
However, the threats of cross-pollination and food crop contamination cannot be overlooked. There may well be a possibility that the pharma-plant, containing vaccine, is fortuitously consumed by an animal, which may cause desensitization inside its gastro-enteric tract. Or the active substance could enter the groundwater and lead to harmful effects.
The author recommends that such risks must be addressed, without more ado, by using non-food plants like moss, tobacco etc. or by growing plant cell-cultures in a contained environment.
Therapeutic cloning helps in tissue or organ transplantation by harvesting the stem cells.
It explains step wise process of Registration, Online submission of IIQA (Institutional Information for Quality Assessment); SSR (Self-Study Report); DVV (Data Validation and Verification); SSS (Student Satisfaction Survey); PTV (Peer Team Visit); and Institutional Grading.
Cell death is part of a natural phenomenon called apoptosis, so that the body can have new and invigorated cells that perform better. Cancerous cells lack the components that instruct them to stop dividing and lead to cell death. As a result, cancerous cells form tumors, impair the immune system and consume bulk of oxygen and nutrients preventing normal cells to get their share.
Reproductive cloning makes duplicates of whole animals. Therapeutic cloning creates embryonic stem cells, which are used to develop tissues that can repair or replace damaged tissues.
The current monograph boasts of a panoramic view of birds way of life. Bird's life, dazzling silhouettes, superb nesting and territorial behaviour constitutes a distinct class.
Increasing oceanic acidification due to rise in carbon dioxide levels impinge a thermal stress which causes corals to expel this endosymbiont, resulting in loss of colour.
The Himalayas and Andaman & Nicobar retain rich faunal heritage owing to nature’s bounty, whereas the Western Ghats, harbouring 84 amphibian, 17 reptilian, 16 avian and 06 mammalian species are reckoned as Endemic Crowns.
The present review is an endeavor to identify and enlist the plants & animals of India and to make out an approach to preserve the plentiful heritage.
As technology advanced, Rishabh continued to refine his concept for tamper-proof, transparent, and secure identity systems. His proposals caught national attention, particularly regarding the privacy and security concerns of centralized databases like Aadhaar. In 2021, while at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Rishabh proposed a 16-digit universal identity number supported by blockchain encryption, ensuring greater security and privacy. His notable lecture, "Global Identity through Blockchain," and three influential books: Self-Sovereign Identities (2021), One-World-One-Identity (2022), and Blockchain for Real World Applications (2023), earned him global recognition.
In 2023, Rishabh's vision was included in "India in 2047" initiative, led by former NITI Aayog Chairman Shri Rajiv Kumar. His concept of a self-sovereign identity, which gives individuals control over their encrypted data, served as a cornerstone of the National Blockchain Project aimed at creating a secure, decentralized identity system for Indian citizens.
Rishabh's vision is poised to transform identity systems for 140 crore Indians and beyond, laying the foundation for a more secure, scalable future.
The team behind this breakthrough includes Rishabh Garg, Anuja Vyas, Aamna Khan, and Mohammad Ajwan Tariq. Their research, recently published in the International Journal of Biotechnology and Bio Engineering, demonstrates how human DNA can be created and edited entirely through computational techniques. By using advanced algorithms, scientists can now theoretically design any genetic sequence - ushering in a new era of genetic engineering.
How It Works?
By applying advanced computational methods, DNA can now be synthesized from scratch. If this artificial DNA is inserted into a cell nucleus devoid of genetic material and fused with cytoplasm, the resulting organism with custom DNA could develop in about nine months - the typical human gestation period. This opens the door to the possibility of surrogacy for creating humans with tailor-made genetic traits.
What Does This Mean for the Future?
Designer Babies: With the ability to modify DNA, future generations could be born with specific, desirable traits - ushering in the era of genetically tailored humans.
Medical Advancements: Artificial DNA could revolutionize medical research, enabling the development of personalized treatments, vaccine testing, and even creating replacement organs.
Space Exploration: "Human robots" made from artificial DNA could be sent on space missions, reducing risks and improving astronauts’ chances of surviving in extreme environments.
Genetic Therapies: The power to edit DNA could lead to transformative therapies - curing genetic diseases and enhancing human capabilities in ways we’ve only dreamed about.
The Next Step
While this research opens exciting new possibilities, the next challenge lies in biological synthesis and lab trials. If successful, it could redefine medicine, ethics, and even the very concept of humanity. In essence, what once seemed like science fiction is now edging closer to science fact, thanks to these brilliant minds from Bhopal. The future of genetics is here, and it’s powered by artificial intelligence.
While global scientists continue to explore this frontier, this marks India’s first major breakthrough in the field. The research has been published in International Journal of Biotechnology & Bioengineering, and accepted for presentation at two prestigious international conferences - the International Conference on Genetics and Genomics (San Francisco, Nov 2025) and on Information Systems and Technologies (Moscow, Aug 2026).
The finding holds immense potential – can eliminate animal testing for vaccines and treatments; enable personalized drug testing based on individual traits such as age, height, and weight; automate surgeries and organ transplants to save human labor; and pave the way for artificial life - creating bots that mimic humans, animals, birds, and plants. However, the team emphasizes the need for in-depth discussions on ethics, regulations, and control before the research is finally rolled out.
This breakthrough represents a significant leap in both therapeutics and reproductive biotechnology, marking an exciting moment in science !
All-purpose Smart Card with 20-digit code number would serve as his roll number, enrollment number, registration number, bank account number, driving license number, vehicle registration number, mobile number, LPG gas number and so on. No additional number would be required for any purpose (except user ID or password, wherever applicable) so that whatever he does, during his lifetime, shall be recorded on this unique number only. Since the number would be protected by password as well as biometric impression, only the individual himself or a competent authority, duly appointed as per provisions of law, shall have right to make access to the record. At the same time, all information of the individual would be available on single click.
Technically, the Card bearing the 20-digit number would be the lone digital identity of the person and he would have no official existence without this number. People will never dare to steal or swap their card with others as all the cards are password protected and carries thermal spectrum of the individual along with his retinal scan and biometric details.
