Recipe ⬇️ INGREDIENTS ½ cup oil 2 eggs 2/3 cup white sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 ½ cups mashed ripe bananas (3 medium) ½ cup cocoa powder ¼ cup light sour cream or yogourt 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/8th tsp salt ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips (set aside 2 tbsp for topping) INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large bowl add oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla and mix well. 2. Add mashed bananas, cocoa and sour cream and mix until combined 3. Add flour, baking soda, salt and all but 2 tbsp chocolate chips. This past week we traveled back home for Christmas and I had a bunch of ripe bananas I wanted to use up before we left, so I made this double chocolate peanut butter banana bread, and WOW it is soooo good!!! Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper. - Add the oats to your blender and blend into oat flour. - Add the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt to a large bowl and stir to combine. - In a second bowl add ripe bananas and mash well. Add eggs, maple syrup, milk and vanilla extract then whisk until well combined. - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. - Spread batter into the baking dish and swirl peanut butter on top. Recipe details ⬇️ INGREDIENTS ½ cup oil 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 large ripe mashed bananas (1 1/2 cups) 1/4 cup light sour cream or plain yogurt 2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS 1. Add oil, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. 2. Add bananas, sour cream and mix well. 3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. Mix until combined. 4.
