how did I not know about these easy one-pan dinners | how did I not know about these easy one-pan dinners Charles and Kim make an easy dinner using simple ingredients. Who knew cooking could be this easy.... | By Charles Parks | We're going to take 15 ounces of classic Alfredo sauce in your oven baking dish. Mm. And what I normally do is set this aside the rest out there. What do we got there? One teaspoon of Italian seasonings. What you're going to use? Put that in your Alfredo sauce. Keep it out because you're going to need a little bit more of that. Mhm. We're going to put in three cups of chicken. Just chopped up chicken. You can use canned or rotisserie. We're using what do you guys think we're using? You think this is canned or rotisserie. Or you can bake you or use some chicken breast. Mhm. Then we want three cups of baby spinach. Ooh. Going to throw our three cups of baby spinach in here. Interesting. And we're going to combine this up. Looks nice and mixed. Okay, we got it all mixed up. You're going to take a pie crust. And you have set it on top of here. Okay and you want to just push it around the edges It's like we're making a little pie. Does it matter if it breaks or? No it's I've seen people do that fork technique where they like tap the fork around the sides. Is that a thing or? Uh yes. I I'll be honest with you. I don't do a whole lot of you don't do. But all you do now I want to put a few little slits in it. Uh huh. Just little slits like this. And I'm going to kind of let it air out a little bit. Brush it with a tablespoon of melted butter. Is this organic butter or non-organic? Uh non-organic. I just use Plano butter. Or is this margarine? Oh this this here's margarine. Born and raised here. Okay now you're going to take one teaspoon of the Italian seasoning and dust it on the top of it. And then we're going to bake it at 400 for 30 minutes. And we have a quick supper. Ready to eat. Let's do it. Let's I can't wait to see the finished product. Don't trip on there's no dog there I think. No but it's just the two left feet I guess. Okay, let's see here. Ooh. Oh, look at bubbling. Look at that spinach. That looks like a bubbly goodness. Oh, it's even bubbled through the crust. Oh my gosh. Okay, let it stand about five minutes before we have a taste test. Okay, let's try this. Let's try this thing. Oh, nice and crusty. It's actually going to be pretty good. It's got the Alfredo so. Look at that. Just a little chicken in there. And your spinach. Alright. Nope. I'm going to get it on the spoon at some point. Would you add anything? No. It's pretty nutritious. This is really good. Colored coleslaw. Mhm. Put that in the bottom of your grease nine by thirteen pan. And just kind of spread it out. Mhm. Then take a pound of sausage that I've already cut up. Mhm. We're going to sprinkle that on the coleslaw. Oh the bowl's chipped. Uh yeah. It's not enough. No it's not. It's fine. I wouldn't dare harm anybody. Yeah. Glass. Okay. Then you're going to take some minced garlic. Mhm. Shake it over It is strong. But it's tasty. And then you're going to take some Italian seasoning. Mhm. We're going to just sprinkle it over it. And then we've got some crushed red pepper. Ooh. I'm going to sprinkle that over it. There you go. Okay. Then we're going to take a can or jar of marinara sauce. Mm. We're going to take it and just put it on top. Now we found this on the TikTok. It's supposed to be keto healthy for all the folks that are trying to be healthy. We're just we're going to test it for y'all. I have found a lot of TikToks aren't good but yes. That's looking scrumptious. It is. I actually think this might actually be pretty good. Okay. Then we're going to take and cheese, mozzarella, and it has a little provolone in there. We don't know the ratio it has but Sprinkle it on top. You can't go wrong. You really can't. You want it to be pretty good layer, right? Yeah, but we're cheese lovers so. Yeah. Okay, then we're going to make it all. Mm hmm. We're going to bake it at four twenty-five. For about 20 minutes. 20 minutes. Watch out for that puppy. Hop over. Let's not get in their way. Mm hmm. Okay, 20 minutes. Alright. Let's see it. Look at there. Our keto deliciousness. It's just a little bit. And that lovely cheese. But hey. Alright. It's pretty warm. Does look warm. Make sure to blow on it. Did you get a piece of sausage on there? Hot? I have good. It's tasty though? Very tasty. Alright what do we got again? So we need eight ounces of pasta. And then we're going to take three cups of cooked chicken. Okay. Can be canned, rotisserie, boiled, whatever. Do you all know what this is? Is it canned rotisserie or boiled chicken? That all on it. Then you're going to take two cans of tomato sauce. Reason Hunts. Okay. Then we're going to make two cups of whatever cheese you like. We had some queso. So that's what we're going to go with today. Queso quesadilla. Dia or dilla? I think it's quesadilla. Uh quesadilla. No. Ortilla. I'm not sure. Oh. It's it's it's sorry. Okay. A little salt. Yum. Some pepper. And then the key to it is one cup of heavy whipping cream. Mmm. You want to pour that all over here. Interesting. And one cup of chicken stock. Oh. Cuz you want to get your noodles soaked completely blown the level so they will cook good. Do we mix them or do we just? You just leave it just like that. Mhm. Then the next thing you're going to do is you're going to take Lumina foam and double it. Where it will keep the steam from coming out. In the pan so take your long finger aluminum foam. Fold it up. Mhm. And put it on the casserole bit. What at? 350? 400. 400. Watch out for these dogs. They're just guarding their path. Okay, now 45 minutes. Alright. Okay. It's definitely a bubbling. It is. Look at cheese on top. Wow. It's definitely hot too. The noodles. I know. We gotta see what they're looking like in there. Practice blow on that because that's going to be pretty warm. Steaming. Need you to try this. Is that to blow on the noodles? What? It's one at a time babe because it's hot. It's hot. Yeah. I really like it. It's very different. No, I think it taste Well, I got lasagna.

1.1M views · 9.8K reactions | this crockpot appetizer is so yummy! | this crockpot appetizer is so yummy! y'all, I tried the crockpot grape jelly meatballs! | By Kristin's Friends | Alright y'all I have a 30-ounce container of grape jelly. I'm just going to try and get it all out. Look at that. Blop. Friends. Okay, here we go. I got it. I got it. I was worried for a second. I was like, I'm going to have to stop this video and like figure out how to get this jelly out. Alright, grape jelly. Come on. Come on, man. So weird. Alright, y'all. So, I'm making this recipe my friend told me about. Uh I've never made it before. I'm I'm not going to lie. I'm a little bit nervous because it seems kind of weird but I heard it's like a real thing. Alright, we're going to do 1one container, 12 ounces of chili sauce. Alright, so so far we have grape jelly and chili sauce. Y'all weird, right? Don't don't it sound weird? Alright. And I'm also going to add here a little bit of white onion. Uh little bit. I don't know. That much. It looks good. And then we're going to do a little pinch of cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper. Little bit. Like that much. I don't know what's that but quarter of a teaspoon or something. And always we need a little bit of pink Himalayan salt. I can't even say it. Alright we're going to mix this all together. Oh it's kind of weird y'all. I'm not going to lie. It's making me a little nervous but it's like a real thing I guess. Alright, Oh I I think I just splashed some splash some jelly on my neck. Alright. Alright. Alright. Well, we'll see. Alright, y'all. This is what we do next. I have this giant bag of meatballs, frozen meatballs. I'm going to pour em on in. Pour em on in. Alright, just like that. I'm going to give these a nice little mix. We're going to kind of mix everything together. The jelly, grape jelly, chili sauce, onion. Now, y'all I'm going to tell you all the the the recipe I saw for this didn't have any onion in it but I don't know why. I just I just feel like onion's going to be good in here. So, you know, I like to change everything even if I find a recipe. I like to kind of like change it and make it my own. So, that's what we're doing with this. Alright. So, just going to give this a little mix. I suppose I should be using a bigger spoon but guess what? I'm not. I'm using a little one, a real little spoon. Alright, y'all. So, I'm going to cover this up and I'm going to set this on low for about five hours and I guess we're going to try this together. I'm excited to see what they taste like. Someone want to say hi y'all. This is Frankie. His nickname is Cranky Frankie, right? You're a little baby. He saw me cooking in here and he wouldn't leave the kitchen. So he wanted to come say hi to y'all. Alright, he's he wants to go down now. Bye bye alright y'all. So these were those meatballs with the grape jelly and the chili sauce. I put some onion in here. What else did I put in here friend? I forgot. I think that's it. Meatballs, grape jelly, chili sauce, and some onion. Um so supposedly y'all this is a real thing. If y'all made this before let me know. But I'm a little bit I'm I'm intrigued. I'm intrigued. That's what I'm going to say. Um alright. So the jelly kind of broke down. It's all liquidy. So I guess we'll just scoop a few into our bowl here. I mean I don't need to put more than that. I'm not going to eat them all right now. So I'll move my crock pot to the side. We have these little meatballs. These were frozen meatballs. This is in my crock pot on low for about five hours y'all. So, I'm going to cut a real little piece because it's still hot and I'm up on my tongue. Okay, y'all. Gotta get some of this juice. First time I'm trying this. Here we go. Okay. Alright. This is good. Have y'all tried this before? I guess it's a real thing. I never heard of it though but this is real good y'all. You should try this. It's delicious. Mmm.

Homemade Biscuits | How to make homemade biscuits! 👉🏽Cookbook: https://a.co/d/7csyMwR 👉🏽Recipe: https://missyjones.com/recipes/cathead-buttermilk-biscuits/ White Lily... | By Mountain Cookin’ with Missy | Um here it goes. We're going to make 'em and I'm going to show you how to do it. It's really easy. So, you're going to need about two cups of Self Rising Flower. Now, I use, I use White Lily Flower. Y'all, this is what I use. If you, now, if you can't find White Lily, I know you can go to Kroger. com and get it and it's on Amazon too. I have an Amazon link I can share and you can pick it up but this is the Self Rising Unbleached is what I'm using and I got this off Amazon but it's easier to use to have fries and flour. Trust me. You're going to need about a third cup of lard and I got my lard right here. Lard is not Crisco. So I get a lot of people asking what's the difference between Crisco and Lard. Crisco is vegetable shortening. Lard is basically pig fat or animal fat. Y'all if you want these to taste the old timey way use lard. Uh that's what my memo use and when you buy into something that's got that taste like well it is hardly don't taste like memorize. Chances are memo use lard. And yeah these have lard in them. So it's a third cup and about a cup of buttermilk, maybe a little more, maybe a little less, just enough to really get your dough sticky, alright? So, we're going to get started. Now, I have my flour already here in my bowl and I'm going to get my lard and what I do, I just pick it up like that and never did do many measurements y'all. So, and I just work it in my dough like this right here. Biscuits make is not for if you're if you like to be neat. Now biscuit making might not be for you but hey it's alright. Always say don't trust don't trust a neat cook. I can be a messy cook sometimes but that's alright. But so you just want to work it in. Get right in there with your hands. And work it right in. And you're going to feel that lard cut right. This is called you know it's called cutting it in like a lot of people a lot of pastries you cut lardian Crisco butter. And this just gets it all in there. So when you get done it's going to look really crumbly. And that's now it's ready for the buttermilk. Now I want to say you want to preheat your oven to 400 degrees and I want to bake mine bake mine on my cast iron griddle and you want to butter it or grease it with any kind of fat you want. Larry Crisco butter's good and so you want to bake biscuits hot and fast. That way they can they won't have time. You don't want them to be dry. You don't want them to be tough. And as mommy always taught me when it comes to biscuits you don't you need breads like yeast doughs and you know stuff like that but when it comes to biscuits you don't need you don't need them because you can make them tough. So You just want to stir in enough buttermilk to where it's kind of a thick dough. Now if you get it too wet and I did you can always add a little bit more flour. So this is a good teaching moment. So sometimes you do add just a little bit more flour. It's alright. Not going to hurt nothing. It won't alter the taste in no way. Cuz I want these kind of thick. I want the dough a little thick where I can pick it up. Warm it with my hands. See? Getting up thick. Yep. About ready. Yeah. Don't because I get a lot of people to ask me well my you know I didn't do this right or didn't do that right. I just want to I like being able to show you if you feel like you mess up. A lot of times you can fix your fix your mistakes. So I floured my hands and this is what I do. I want I just pick it up. Pick the dough up. And you want these if you want them smaller you can make them smaller. But I just take my thumb and I take my hand palm of my other hand and I just form these biscuits. Like this. And see? They're really they're smooth. And I just put them I put put it in the middle. You make a nut in here for you. Oh let me flour my hands again. Just pinch it up. And ever so very gentle. See you don't have you're not working these at all. And you want to you're taking your thumb and you're kind of pinching the seams under a little bit. My hands are not hardly flat enough. But anyway this one's a good one too and I'm just going to lay it right down. I'm going to lay these on I want to just put them on my on my griddle here and let me get the rest of them on here and I'll show you what they look like and then we're going to put them in the oven. Now they're ready to go in the oven almost. So I'm going to brush them with a little bit of salted butter. Uh now salted butter is best when you're brushing tops of you know like when you're brushing bread or biscuits of any kind. I like to use salted butter. If you got unsalted butter that's alright. So you're going to brush them really well. Put them in the oven. Now these are going to bake. They won't take long. Probably maybe ten, 12, 15 minutes at the most. Ever have brown you like them. But it won't take long. So in the oven they go. Now we always Mommy always got her biscuits when she get them out of the oven. She'd flip them up a little bit so they weren't laying down. She said that was so they didn't get soggy on the bottom. And you kept that good little crust on the bottom. So always flip mine up too. Now y'all we're going to eat these biscuits and I'm eating mine with chocolate gravy. And I just posted a live video not too long ago a few days ago showing you how I make chocolate gravy. And for me this chocolate gravy is the best with these biscuits. Mm. Oh yeah. Mm These biscuits are good but anything y'all. Jelly, apple butter, gravy, chocolate gravy, whatever you want to fix them with. Y'all they're just light and fluffy. And they're good. And they're easy too. So not hard at all. I hope you make these y'all. If you do let me know. Always let me know. Tag me at Sign Mountain Cook on Missy. And whenever you make any of my recipes I just love to see it guys. So I hope you make these If you do, give me a shout out guys.
