What do you need? - Organic and hexane-free castor oil - Wool or flannel cloth (large enough to cover your abdomen) - Heating pad or hot water bottle (optional) Instructions: 1.Fold the wool or flannel cloth into a size that fits over your abdomen and liver area. Pour a generous amount of castor oil onto the cloth until it is saturated but not dripping. 2. Lie down and place the oil-soaked cloth over your abdomen and liver area (right side of your abdomen, under your ribcage). You can also cover the cloth with plastic wrap to prevent the oil from getting on your clothes or bedding.
