Well, we're to part 2 of the claw foot tub refinish. I have to say this part was probably my favorite because it was the biggest change for the tub to undertake. As you saw in part 1, we had stripped the outer paint of the tub down to the original cast. This wasn't an easy task but so worth it and we got the look we were after. We were left with a gorgeous black and rustic patina.

This unique tub required a unique glass solution. Our Headerless System was the perfect answer to work with the curved ceiling. The glass panels are the same height with a larger door for greater tub access. With a window next to the tub, it is kept bright and feeling spacious!

I need my clawfoot tub needed to be lower so I changed out the clawfoot legs for reclaimed barn beam. Refinished inside with RUST-OLEUM white tub and tile refreshing kit in gloss white. I custom mixed the pink to match the rug using leftover paint and craft paint to fine tune the color.
