Janelle Sherwick on Instagram: "The carpet glue really put me to the test, but once the concrete prep was done, the 3-step @armorpoxy kit (#gifted) was wonderful to work with. I covered our family room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, which was about 1000 square feet in total. I used two 600-square-ft. Armortallic Metallic Epoxy kits, in the color ‘Overcast’ for this. The black primer made me so nervous because I hated the way the floors looked while painting this on, but I was told that the dark color was necessary to provide contrast against the metallic layer. Now that it’s done I can see exactly what was meant by this, an I’m so glad that I chose to trust the process. Things have been pretty quiet at home lately...we just hung around for spring break...I use the term spring break very loosely because it still feels like winter this year. Now that the kids are back in school I am trying to get the house back in shape. I came across this table on a classifieds app the other day for just $60 but I couldn't for the life of me figure out where it could go, we are pretty full as far as furniture goes...but we are starting to think about finishing our basement…
