Arabian Pudding

Ingredients 

Bread 8-10 slices
Milk - 540ml -600ml
Custard powder 3-4tbsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Fresh cream 230ml
Condensed milk - according to your preference 
Chopped nuts 
Saffron strands 

Slice the edges of bread. If you have sponge cake you can use that if you don’t like the taste of bread.

Add  milk to a pot along with sugar and custard powder mixed with little milk. Get the mixture starts to thicken. Stir every 1 min. Remove it from the stove and let it cool for 5-10minutes.

Pour the liquid over the bread slices. Make sure to pour it layer by layer to make sure that each slice is properly soaked.
