1️⃣ Massage of the masseter muscle with your knuckles.

2️⃣ Massage of the temporal muscle with your fingers.

3️⃣ Relaxation of the masseter muscle. Place your fist under your chin, slowly open your mouth while resisting with your fist (the resistance should be about 30-40% of your strength). Hold this position for 10 seconds, then relax your fist and open your mouth fully. Repeat the exercise several times.

4️⃣ ⁠Stretching of the masseter and temporal muscles. Open your mouth wide several times as if yawning.

5️⃣ Wiggling the ears. If you can't do this exercise yet, start Masseter Muscle, Defined Jawline, Face Challenge, Face Yoga Facial Exercises, Facial Rejuvenation, Yoga Facial, Body Posture, Facial Exercises, Face Yoga
