Andria Bieber Designs on Instagram: "How to make a sliding ( barrel) knot with 1.5 mm leather cording from @beadalon  for bracelets or necklace leather jewelry   ( my cat Luna wanted to help 😂)  Directions:  Cut 18 inches of 1.5 mm cord ( so you have enough to work with for tying knots)  *Take the left strand of the cord and have it lay in front of the right strand of the cord. *Wrap the cord forming a loop around the right strand of the cord once and once again. Then take it back over to the left strand. Then feed it through the two loops you’ve just made it going from left to right.  *Pull tight. The knot will slide on the cord. *Now you want to do this again on the other side. *Take the end of the right hand strand, and make sure it’s in front of the left strand.
