Keema Parata is such an underrated rated dish, it is basically a full meal yet it is seen as a starter or side dish, it’s delicious carbs stuffed with meat, what more could you want? This is definitely one of my favourite stuffed breads and paratas!

My recipe is super easy. I have not included the recipe of the dough as everyone has their own one that they like and most chapati doughs work, even premade roti dough works. I used a classic homemade roti dough. 

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 onion (crushed) (squeeze out water if possible)
- 1 kg lamb mince with 10-20% fat
- 1 tbsp crushed dried pomegranate seeds (Anardana) (or pomegranate powder)
