I personally work upper body twice per week, and divide it into a push day (chest/triceps/shoulders) and pull day (back/biceps) so I make sure to hit all the major muscle groups during the week.

This is also how I’ve designed my programs in my app!

Join me for this push day workout at home! Do the listed reps of each exercise in a circuit, resting 30-45 seconds between exercises. You’ll complete 3 full rounds.

My dumbbells are 10-15LB (4.5-6.8kg). Choose a weight for each exercise that feels very challenging and you can barely finish the last few reps.
