Indulge in these crispy and delicious calcium rich Ragi cookies 🍪

Ingredients
1/2 cup Ghee
1/2 cup Jaggery/Desi khaand
1 cup Ragi flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
10-12 cashews
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (if required)

Bake at low flame for 25 minutes on gas or you can Airfry at 150C for 12-15 minutes.
Let it cool completely and store upto 1 month in airtight container.
