Jake - Lifestyle Coach on Instagram: "❌Stop training your triceps like this! . ⚠️Just because you only have access to dumbbells doesn’t mean you can’t get an amazing triceps workout in. . ❗️The key is to understand the resistance profiles and do the right exercises that actually make the triceps work, not the db kickbacks, those are pretty bad. . 👉The triceps to be challenged in the lengthened range need a form of shoulder flexion, so any over head exercise or a skull crusher would do the job. . 👉To overload the shortened range we need a form of shoulder extension so DB close grip does a fairly good job of that and challenging the mid range, so there you go. . 👀Watch as I explain how to execute a DB only workout for your Triceps and get them growing💪🏻 . ❗️If this video was helpful, sh
