They make me go back to my childhood when we used to eat them as breakfast. My personal twist, I made them with sourdough.  Sourdough sweet levain:  • 30gr sourdough starter + 60gr bread flour + 60gr water + 6gr sugar  Dough:  • -300gr bread flour  • -110gr milk  • -150gr sourdough sweet levain  • -1 egg  • -20gr sugar  • -30gr Soft butter  -5gr salt  Process:  • -Mix flour, starter, egg, milk, salt, and sugar until well incorporated.  • -Add butter and mix until a soft and elastic dough is formed. Check for the windowpane.  • -Make one ball and rest for 4 h
