This step is important to ensure the paan is clean and good to use. ✨ Add 9-10 chopped paan leaves, 1/4 cup gulkand and 1 tbsp variyali in a mixer jar to make paste. ✨ In a shake maker/ bigger jar, add 3 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of condensed milk and all the prepared paan paste into it and blend to make paan flavoured milk. 👉🏼 In shot glasses, add 1 tsp of soaked chia seeds, 1 tsp of sevaiyan, and fill the glass with paan milk leaving enough space for a small scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
