Check me out. Alright. So that was about eight cups of pasta that I boiled. And we got our veggies that's going to go on top for our pasta salad today. So I got some green onions. We're going to put those in there nicely. Then I got some chopped red bell pepper. Now all of these ingredients are fresh. Fresh off the press. Then I also have some red onion that I chopped. Now I want a little overboard with my red onion because I love red onion but you can you can small the dose if you like. And then I got some celery that I chopped up as well. And then the secret ingredient got some dill pickles here. Uh that I chopped up. So we're just going to slide those right on in there. That's going to give it a beautiful flavor. Alright. Then I'm going to add just a tad bit of black pepper. Now, I say a tad and then I'm still going. It's because there's a lot of pasta in here. And then I'm going to add some salt Do y'all ever wonder if they just say it's pink Himalayan and just color it pink? I wonder that every time I touch one of those. Alright, so we're going to set this off to the side. Look at that. That looks delicious and then we're going to make our sauce that is going to go in there. So, we're going to start off with a cup of mayo or mayonnaise, whatever your preference is Get all of that in there nicely. Gonna add about a third of a cup of sour cream. Alright, then we're going to add some Dijon mustard. Probably a couple oop. Look at there. Couple tablespoons. Then what is a dish without garlic? I'm going to add two two tablespoons. You can add less if you're not a garlic person like I am. Like I said I love garlic so I'm going to add it to every dinner. And we got some red wine vinegar. Probably about two teaspoons. And then the other secret ingredient, we got some pickle juice from our pickles. Let me just pour that in there. Going to give it a nice whisk. Now, you could also add your seasonings to this mixture as well if you like but I wanted to add mine directly to the pasta and veggies. This smells so good. Make sure you get that mixed in there nicely. You want all those flavors to marry together. Alright and that's what it should look like right after we're done. So we're going to bring our pasta salad back together. Then we're just going to jump our sauce right on in there. Look at that. You don't want to leave any of that goodness in there. You see all that garlic? It's down there at the bottom. Get all of that sauce because we got a lot of noodles this has to cover. Alright, now we're just going to give this a toss. Now last time I did this for y'all My macaroni was going everywhere. I didn't have a big enough bowl. And y'all told me about it. Let me tell you. But I appreciate y'all with the constructive criticism. We got this together today. Look at that. All the colors and the fresh veggies. This is going to be so delicious. It's nice and aromatic. Look at that. And it is ready to serve because my pasta is cooled down. Look at that guys. Doesn't that look absolutely delicious? Alright. Now, this is a clean spoon and we just going to give it a taste right out the bowl. Why get something else dirty? The crunchiness of the fresh veggies A one. This was absolutely delicious. Now I might have to actually go get me myself a plate. But y'all gotta try this.
