Apparently all the ketchup in the stores he says have like dyes and like added sugars that are good for you. So he said this is healthier but also taste way better too. Ooh it looks really good. Yeah try. We don't got no time to waste. First thing you need is tomato paste okay? One cup of tomato paste or two of these little six ounces little thingies. Just plop it in there. I'm not going to use a spoon. Gotta get all out. Put it in a pot because you have to simmer this okay? One whole tablespoon of garlic powder. Or more. Just more. Always more. Always more garlic. Garlic. Oh. Yes. Delicious way. Keeps the vampires away. One tablespoon of onion powder. Put it in there. Baby. One tablespoon of salt. Oh yeah. That's that's that's the the Celtic sea salt. It's got all the minerals in it. Look at this man. It's not hard to make your dang on ketchup. It's not. Now this part you can use whatever you choose. Either maple syrup or honey. This one's going to make it sweet. We're using honey. Loco honey. Not not local. Cuz that's crazy honey. This is local honey. Two tablespoons of honey or maple syrup. No. Three tablespoons of vinegar. One. Oh that tastes like two. That was two for definitely two. That was two. Vinegar's the most important part though apparently to make ketchup. Okay? Okay that's good. Now three fourths of a cup of water. Now we can already smell it. It does yeah it smells really good. Smells like I smell vinegar. Really? Keep that. I smell like all the garlic and salt. Now mix it up and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Five. Cinco Minotos. Cinco Morotos. Make sure you get it all good. Use your strong hand girl. This is my strong gotta use a strong hand. Oh, is that your foam hand? Strong hand. Now, it's looking like ketchup. Starting to. Yeah. Like a thick ketchup. Thick a thick, a thick ketchup. Now, I'm craving French fries. Make some French fries. If it's got too many bubbles, you're in trouble. Don't let it bubble too much. You just need to simmer. A little bit of bubbles is okay. Simmer, simmer, simmer down. Did they ever tell you to simmer down in school? They told me to simmer down every day. Every day after. Every day day. Yeah, it makes That makes sense. I'm so calm now. Yeah right. I'm the calmest person you know. Son of a gun. Our ketchup is done. Look at that. That I mean that's perfect. We just made our own ketchup but does it taste good? Find out. It's a lot of ketchup too. That's a lot of ketchup. Try out the ketchup. Ain't nothing better than chicken tender. Nothing bad. Okay. What is it? You you just put these in there? I I just took them out the air fryer. That's hot. There's so much your fork. No I'm doing. I'm dipping. You going to dip it? I'm not forking a tender dude. Are you forking kidding me? Are you forking kidding? Dip it in there. Oh that's that's 100% ketchup. Look at that. Homemade. It makes you feel better about it too. When it's homemade you feel better. You're like oh my god I made this. Homemade ketchup. Hey. Hey now. You stay down on me. You're ten or 2. Mm. Yo that's delicious. This is the best this is the best ketchup I ever had. Okay that's the best ketchup. Again are you kidding me? God. Make up more chicken nuggets and whatever that is. This is it.
