High-Protein Chocolate Quinoa Pecan Bites - Perfect Pre-Workout Snack
Base ingredients: 1.5 cups (150g) pecans 12 large, soft medjool dates 1/2 cup (120g) almond butter 3 tbsp raw cacao powder Topping 140g melted dark chocolate 1 cup (25g) puffed quinoa* *Optional but recommended - for a crispier texture toast your puffed quinoa in the oven for 5 mins before using 1️⃣ Add all the base ingredients to a food processor and blend until fully combined. Add 1-2 tbsp of water as you blend if your dates are a bit dry. It should be really soft and sticky. 2️⃣ Separate into 12 pieces, press down into a cupcake tray or cases then put in the fridge whilst you melt the chocolate 3️⃣ Melt the chocolate and add the quinoa and mix well. Top each one with a spoonful of the chocolate mixture then refrigerate again

salted caramel apple pie chocolate apple pops! they’re gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and so easy to make. main ingredients: • 1 large apple • 4oz dark chocolate (i used dairy free & refined sugar free chocolate) • 2-3 tsp coconut oil or mct oil • gluten/grain free granola • chopped nuts (i like walnuts & pecans) • flakey sea salt homemade caramel: • 1 tbsp cashew butter (or other preferred nut/seed butter) • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract • pinch of salt • splash of water instructions: • 1. first, mix together all of the caramel sauce ingredients (except for the water) in a small bowl. mix in just enough water to get a caramel sauce consistency. set aside. • 2. next, heat the chocolate in the microwave in a microwav

These are such a fun snack, not mention packed with healthy fats, fiber and protein! You'll need: 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup pistachios 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup pure maple syrup optional for topping: melted dark chocolate, flaky salt, bee pollen 1. Mix together the cashews, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup in a bowl until well-combined.2. Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a muffin pan (greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking). Be sure to pack each mixture down tight. 3. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 25-30 minutes. 4. Let cool completely (otherwise they will fall apart).5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.6. Sprinkle with flaky salt or bee pollen and enjoy! #recipe
