If you’re using the mini bread pan, put them in for half the time that the box says (check around 20 mins). These bake quicker when they’re minis. Spray the pan first so they don’t stick. . Granola bars: 3 cups of classic rolled oats, 1 cup peanut butter (or if bringing to school, use WOW butter or whatever you can use in place of PB), 1/2 cup honey. Melt the honey & PB (or replacement) until the mixture can easily be combined - about 30 seconds in microwave. Mix that with the oats and use that as your granola bar mixture. You can add chocolate chips or drizzle chocolate on top if you want to! If you want to make this in one 9x9 pan you can do that too with parchment paper on the bottom. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating. I store in airtight container in fridge when not eating. . Gummy bears: 1 cup chopped fruit, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 cup water (or apple juice to make sweeter). Blend those up together until very smooth and pour into a small pot. Add three tablespoons of unflavored gelatin and heat on stove (medium heat) while mixing until it’s all totally combined. Do not let it boil - whisk it the whole time (3-5 mins). Add mixture to gummy bear mold & refrigerate for at least 2-3 hrs. You can get these on Amazon for under $10. The one I use is in my storefront. .
