A cypress counter stands majestically in a store filled with the warmth of wood and soft lighting. This counter has no corners and is rounded, giving off a sense of security, reflecting the owner's desire not to create a formal atmosphere. There are no corners on the board that separates the kitchen from the counter. Please forget about the hustle and bustle outside and spend a special time in a relaxing space with great attention to detail. We also have a private room, so please use it when entertaining or meeting people.
ChefMr. Sadahisa Yoshizawa achieved the feat of winning a Michelin star for seven consecutive years.
At the age of 19, he decided to become a chef and step into the world of Japanese Cuisine. After studying in Kyoto for 8 years, he returned to Kyoto. After honing his skills in Japanese-style meal and kappo in Tokyo, he opened ``Ginza Ichigi'' in 2010 and ``Ginza Yoshizawa'', which bears his own name, in 2014, aiming for the next stage. Then, in September 2018, “Yoshizawa” opened in Roppongi Hills. Mr. Yoshizawa offers a variety of delicious dishes that are beautiful to look at, using the elegant techniques he has cultivated through his long training.

At Ginza Ichigi, we offer dishes made with seasonal ingredients so that you can enjoy the flavors of the four seasons. Our focus is on bringing out the natural flavor of the ingredients without overdoing it. Our chef, Mr. Nakai, uses fresh ingredients sourced from all over the country to prepare the dishes.
