Cheesy Ranch Spinach Dip Boats are a unique twist on a classic spinach dip recipe. Creamy and cheesy on the inside and crispy on the outside, this is the ultimate appetizer to wow your guests.
You must know by now I am a huge fan of dips. Especially when I’m hosting. My French Onion Dip, Jalapeño Popper Dip, or Buffalo Chicken Dip can all be made before your guests arrive.
This dip is a timeless appetizer and there’s a variety of ways to serve it. With tortilla chips, fresh veggies, pieces of bread, in a bread bowl. Whichever way, it’s usually the first to go at any party. My version of stuffing the dip into the loaf makes a mess-free, single serve bite that everyone loves.
