Microscope cake created for Fisher Scientific’s customer appreciation day. This is the third year I’ve done a cake for them & every year it gets harder to come up with a design as I feel I have to one up myself from the previous year. The slab cake is made to resemble a lab bench & is half vanilla bean cake & half cocoa banana cake. (Sept 2015)
