BBQ Sauce, Mustard
1st is sauce base, 1 cup pineapple juice (your fave juice), bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Add equal parts mix of cornstarch/water to thicken. Add other ingredients as recipe calls, ketchup, crushed-drained pineapple, cider vinegar, brown sugar to taste, habenero or hot peppers, red/green chopped bell peppers. cook until warm, use as topping over rice, meatballs, chicken, beef, pork.
